If you have additional questions about memberships or admissions, please let us know at prereg@noreascon.org. We'll get answers back to you as quickly as we can.

Children must have been 12 years of age or under as of Sept. 6, 2004, and must have been accompanied by an attending member. Children's admissions did not include publications or voting rights for the Hugo Awards or the 65th Worldcon site selection. Children who were attending members have full voting rights. We also have more detailed information about Noreascon Four Children's Services and the kids' activities that were available at con.

One-Day Admissions

If you wanted to attend Noreascon 4 for only a day or two, we had one-day admissions available.

Membership Transfers

Memberships and Children's Admissions were not refundable, but you could transfer them to another person.

To transfer your membership, you needed to send or fax us a letter stating that you were transferring your membership, along with the name of the person to whom you were transferring it, his/her address, phone number and email address, if available. You must have signed the letter. You could also have filled in, printed, and signed this form.

Only the member named on a membership could transfer it. Children's Admissions could be transferred by a parent or guardian. Memberships purchased on the Installment Plan could only be transferred once they were completely paid.

The Noreascon Four Installment Plan allowed you to lock-in the rate and spread out the payments.

Voting and Presupporting or Friend discounts ended on February 28, 2002.
