Attending members receive all of the benefits of supporting members (publications and voting rights) and the right to attend the 62nd World Science Fiction Convention in Boston in 2004. This rate is only available to those who have already purchased supporting memberships in Noreascon 4. All paid site selection voters are automatically supporting members of the convention.
