The deadline is looming for nominations for the 2004 Hugo Awards and the Retrospective Hugos for work done in 1953, as nominations are due in two weeks, on 25 March 2004.
To nominate online, see http://www.noreascon.org/hugos/index.html for general information and links to the online nomination forms. In order to nominate, you must either have joined Noreascon Four before 31 January 2004, or you must have been a member of Torcon 3, the 61st Worldcon, in Toronto in 2003.
Online nomination requires a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Hugo PINs were printed on the address labels of Noreascon Four's Progress Report 5. Noreascon Four members not receiving publications and Torcon 3 members were sent postal cards with their Hugo PIN information.
If you have lost your PIN, please see the instructions with the online ballots.
Printed Hugo/Retro-Hugo nomination forms were included in Progress Report 5. You can also view and download printable versions at http://www.noreascon.org/files/HugoNomination.pdf and http://www.noreascon.org/files/RetroHugoNomination.pdf for sending by postal mail. No PIN is required for ballots sent via postal mail.

All nominations sent in postal mail must be received by 25 March 2004. Online nominations close at midnight, 25 March 2004. The final Hugo and Retrospective Hugo ballots will be released in April 2004 and will be included in Noreascon Four's Progress Report 6.
